Position Information 职位信息: 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 关键职责

1.         To conduct within the company budget and timeframe the registration procedures in order to obtain Drug Import Licenses from CFDA, filling, packaging and other relevant certificates for Shenzhen facility. This includes the following steps:
为了深圳工厂能够从CFDA获得进口药品注册证、灌装、包装及其它相关证书，在公司预算和时间安排范围之内实施注册程序。包括以下步骤：

2.         Contact headquarter for the registration of materials such as dossiers, reagent/samples, and the other related documents;
联系总部索要注册材料，例如申请资料、试剂/样品和其它相关文件；

3.         Translate and edit application documents for submission to CFDA;
翻译并编辑向CFDA提交的申请文件；

4.         Liaise with government authorities to follow up the schedules for evaluation, quality assessment etc.;
联系政府机构，对审评、质量评估等进度进行跟踪；

5.         Lobby government authorities to issue the licenses/certificates;

与政府机构积极沟通获得许可/证书；

6.         To conduct within the company budget and timeframe the process of certificate new, renewal and supplementary registration and ensure the ongoing validity of these certificates.
在公司预算和时间安排范围之内实施新产品注册、再注册和补充资料申报的注册过程，并确保这些证书的持续有效性。

7.         To obtain the batch releases from NIFDCby implementing the following actions:
通过以下行动从NIFDC获得批签发：

8.         Communicate with NIFDC for sampling;
联系NIFDC抽样；

9.         Follow up the QC test;
跟踪QC检验；

10.     Coordinate and cooperate with the expert/director in charge of testing to speed up the release process.
与负责检验的专家/主管协调并合作，加速批签发进程。

11.     To coordinate with other departments such as Medical and Marketing Department during the registration process to share necessary information for registration.
在注册过程期间与医学和市场等其他部门协调，共享注册所需的必要信息。

12.     To maintain efficient and durable relationships with government authorities such as SDA, NIFDC, PDA, CDE to ensure a smooth registration process.
与SDA、NIFDC、PDA、CDE等政府机构维持有效的、长期的关系，确保注册过程顺利进行。

13.     To set up data pool for technical standard of PRC, WHO, EU, CBER for all products.
对所有产品建立PRC、WHO、EU、CBER技术标准数据库。

14.     To archive and analysis PRC regulations related to Biological Products, which are issued by CFDA, CDE, TOH, SPC, MOH and CDC.存档并分析CFDA、CDE、TOH、SPC、MOH和CDC发布的与生物制品相关的PRC法规。

15.     To assist department head to organize meeting between SP & China Government for priority project.
协助部门领导组织SP和中国政府之间举行的重要项目会议。

REQUIREMENTS 任职要求

1.       Bachelor degree or above in Medicine or micro-biology
医学或微生物学专业本科及以上学历

2.       Familiar with the registration related regulations and procedures in CFDA, Provincial DA, NIFDC and CDE, etc. for biological products
熟悉CFDA、省DA、NIFDC和CDE等与生物制品注册相关的法规和程序

3.       Good knowledge of medical fields
具有良好的医学背景知识

4.       Fast learner.
