Position: Supply Chain Customer Service Assistant Headcount: 1 Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
· Receive and process all customer orders timely and correctly.
· Deal with enquires and complaints in good manner.
· Monitor closely the payment status of the all customers, ensure payment is made within established credit limit and credit period.
· Cooperate with forwarders and the transportation company providing quality service with reasonable cost.
· Supports sales in providing customers with information and ensure follow up action is completed on time.
· Follow up closely with mills for all orders and to ensure orders are made, ship according to agreed schedule and full set of shipping documents are delivered on time.
Requirement:
· bachelor degree;
· 1 year+ relevant experience;
· Good ability on English speaking and written;
· Familiar with SAP system and good at MS Office especially Excel skills;
· Strong responsibility and carefulness, sensitive to details;
· good skill in planning and communication.
