Client Service Officer, Payment and Cash Management BJG (8-12 months contract, full time)

(Indicative Grade: Band 7)

Job Duties:

                       

l        To assist Client Service Manager for daily PCM client service activities, explore cross-selling opportunity among existing PCM clients to achieve annual target, and to grow the portfolio revenue which is aligning with PCM ROP target.
l        To establish solid relationship with PCM top tier clients, handle all PCM products and system related customers' queries in a professional and effective manner on daily basis.
l        To provide customized services to valued customers and help to resolve customers' operational problems by coordinating with different business groups within the bank and overseas offices.
l        To assist Client Service Manager in PCM portfolio management, driving for PCM revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities when dealing with customers.
l        To identify service gaps and escalate for resolution, contribute constructive suggestions and feedback to PCM products enhancement and system development.
l        To work with Client Service Manager conducting regular service review with top tier clients, to understand customers' requirement and improve service level.
l        To proactively notify customers on major system enhancement and changes in operation processing.
l        To proactively update customers on major regulatory changes.

Job Requirements:


l        Bachelor degree or above
l        Good knowledge of transaction banking products; i.e. payments, cash management, trade and account operations.
l        Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with personnel across functions ; good team player and proactive to support team mates
l        Strong mindset of customer service, ownership of issues and good problem solving skill
l        Business oriented mindset
l        Good command of spoken and written English and presentation skill in English and Chinese
l        Good analytical skills and computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, word and PowerPoint.)
