Intern – IT Helpdesk
In this position based in Shanghai Xuhui District, you focus on supporting our IT Helpdesk and maintaining our IT network. You are mainly tasked to:
• Handle the IT Helpdesk demands from our staff worldwide; software support, manual installation, computer operating systems; resolve users application issues, Anti-Virus(AVG), Remote access(VPN, firewall), Wireless access…
• Support IT hardware, printers and phone lines and report to vendors.
• Maintain records of IT equipment and maintenance.
• Basic server support (Windows and Linux Server) and network maintenance.
You bring to this position a service-oriented and technical disposition, good technical problem solving skills that you support by:
• College Degree or above grade 2 – 4 in computer science.
• At least 3 months internship experience in helpdesk field in a multi-site, fast paced and fast growth environment, ideally in a multinational corporation.
• Good English oral and writing skills, CET – 4 or above.
• Work Time: At least 3 days per week for around 3 months;
