 Position: IP TEC engineer

Location: Shanghai

 Job Description: 

• 1.AsamemberoftheglobalIPDTECorganization,responsibleforLevel3supporttoescalatedissuetroubleshootingforsustainingprojectinthe2G/3G/4Gpacketcore(SGSN,GGSN,LTE-EPC),IPRoutingandSoftwareDefinedNetwork(SDN)includingescalatedAR/PTStickethandling,ondutyoncallsupport,etctoChina,APACandglobalcustomers;
• 2.UsingTEClabresources,reproducingthefieldissues,setupandmaintainvarioustesttoolsetincludingsimulators,automationscripttools,own-builttoolkitssuchasspirentlandslide,netowl,ITE,ATEtosimulatetheissuesandscenariosinthecustomernetworkforproblemdeepanalysisandsolutionfinding;
• 3.WorkcloselywithglobalTECteamandL4/R&Dteamforcustomerissueescalationandfollowup,participatesolutionvalidationtargetingspecificcustomernetworkissueandrequirement;
• 4.RegularengagedinglobalTECandR&Dtrainings/workshopsformajorreleaseandfeaturesets,jointheknowhowtransfertoregionaltechnicalteamandsupportFOAtoNPIteam;

 Qualifications: 

• 1.Educationbackground:

bachelor or above in: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information 

Technology, Electrical Engineering or related

• 2.SpecificSkills,knowledgeandcompetencies:
• -Fundamentalknowledgeincomputernetwork,distributedcomputing,operatingsystemofUNIX,Linuxandtelecommunicationtheories;
• -StrongcompetenceinIP,CCIE/CCNPcertificateishighlypreferred;Experienceusingandtroubleshootingcisco/Juniper/ALUIProutersisamuchfavoredadvantage;
• 3.Generalcompetencies:
• -Proactive&Initiative,openmindedandagoodlearner,interestedtostudynewtechnologieswithpassionsconstantly;
• -Goodcommunicationskills,presentationskills;
• -Goodteam-workforcooperation,customerorientedthinkingandgoodmindsetasaserviceprovider;
• -Stronginitiativeandinterestingtoresolvecomplextechnicalissues
• 4.LanguageAbility:

Fluent in both oral and written English;  

• 5.Plus:

Experience with one script programming language(TCL, perl, python ,etc)  is a good plus. 

Knowledge in SDN (Software Defined Network) is a good advantage for the candidates; 

• 6.Guarantee3-4workingdaysperweek
