For our Healthcare Sector, we are looking for an Assistant Customer Application Engineer at the earliest opportunity.

Mission of Function:

 

Providing the technical support for all products to customer. To support to reach the annual sales and EBIT target for responsible territory. Ensuring the efficiency of technical and scientific information to distributors and customers and partly the after sales service to make sure that customer needs are covered timely and correctly 负责向客户提供产品的技术支持。支持达成所在区域的年销售额和利润增长目标。确保向代理商和客户提供的技术信息的有效性，以及提供售后服务，能及时、准确地满足客户的需求。

 

What are my responsibilities?

1. Efficient and effective training of instrument installations at customer sites，Ensure that all customers are adequately trained on instrumentation有效的完成客户的仪器安装培训，确保所有的客户能参加公司仪器使用的培训。

What do I need to qualify for the job?

1. Master degree in Technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical, major in Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, and Diagnostics.
2. Effective communication skills both written and verbal
3. Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications
4. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
5. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
6. A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
7. Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED DX operates
8. 1-2 years experience in Service within diagnostics industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.]
9. Diagnostics or relevant functions.
10. Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
11. Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.
