Responsibilities:
- Support the Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates
- Make "cold calls" to unknown candidates.
- Collect and screen CVs to match job specifications and requirements.
- In depth analyzing and drawing the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed information are well reflected on the organization structure produced.
- Present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates
- Ensure needed information and revised profile of the candidate are keyed into the system.
- Support the Consultant to fulfill the performance targets/ goals set by management
- Search the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.
- Ensure follow the company process and procedure to get result
