Position: IT Support Intern

Job Description
- Extract Lync call data from Lync monitoring
server.
- filter and analyze row data combine with AD record,
IDD/DDD dial plan, IDD/DDD charge rate.
- convert row data to the format of SAP data interface
and send to HK operator for final data import
- develop an automatic program or procedure to complete
above processing.
- Other ITS related job
Requirement
- Education: College or University Student, Major in
Computer Science related area
- Experience: MS Certificated System Engineer first,
solid experience on software/system development on C++ or other program tools.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel customization
- at least 3 days per week
- Aug ~ Dec 2014, can be extended later.
