Position:  Marketing Associate

Location:  Shanghai

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

This Marketing Associate role will involve diverse marketing aspects, including marketing planning, research, design/development, and administration. This person will mainly be responsible to:

 

• Support the development and promotion of a unique career development advice website in China, called Career Success IQ (CSIQ) website.

• Produce and translate our unique marketing resources and content, including our CEO’s career development content, Career Success In 32 Seconds videos, etc.

• Produce and assist in developing all Wang & Li career development content, including: Career Success In 32 Seconds videos, Career Success Quizzes, etc.

• Support our online/digital marketing channels (e.g. Weibo, Wechat, Linkedin, etc.) to expand our reach to Chinese professionals w/our outstanding career development and career success content. 

• Build and maintain relationships with leading media, professional and student organizations, MBA programs, etc.

• Produce and help develop Wang & Li marketing tools: event invitations, posters, website, etc.

• Coordinate Wang & Li events, including public events, open-house mixers, presentations with top MBA programs and professional organizations, etc.

• Support other admin and research work related to our company’s marketing activities.

 

Requirements:

• The right candidate should be a quick-learner, self-motivated, curious, open and creative, and enjoy working in a team environment. 

l  Good computer/Windows Office skills, w/skills in Photoshop and/or video production software highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of various internet/mobile internet channels and resources a big plus (e.g. Weibo, WeChat, etc.)

• Strong multi-tasking capability

• Good English skills (CET-6 is must) in listening, writing and speaking

• Previous translation experience highly preferred

• Ideally 1-3 years’ related working experience
