Job Description
· Asfirst line technical support engineer, deliver technical solution accordingcustomer service request
· Investigate complex technicalproblems, trouble shoot on systems that are in operation
· Workingwith experts around the world, participate in the remedy of systems in case ofcritical situations
· Implementationof proactive maintenance activities, e.g.: software patch package loading,parameter adjusting and so on
· Participate in technical discussingmeeting with customer
· Often travel domestically and work indifferent cultural environments
Qualification Criteria
· At leastBachelor degree inTelecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
· Self-motivation, have strong sense ofresponsibility & team work spirit
· Interest in technical work, enjoywith technical study; be capable of work during night shift
· Good communication ability andpresentation skill
· Fluent in English, both oral andwritten
· Work experience within the telecom orsimilar industry will be plus
