Junior Relocation Consultant

Your contribution to SRE’s reputation is considered as extremely important. Salary Package: Basic salary 2500-4500/month Commission (10%-30% of sales performance) Phone allowance Traffic expenses Insurances and Housing fund company regular party and travel events
Scale: 10-20 people
Job Description:
* Identification of client’s requirements
* Compiling a formal short list of properties as a property proposal
* Viewing of properties meeting the client’s requirements and orientation service
* Negotiation of the lease agreement between the landlord and the tenant
* Administrative tasks and reporting to relocation department manager
* Clients: expats executives and embassy officers
Remark: After-sales service is not provided by relocation consultants
Knowledge & Skills:
* Knowledge of all the famous compounds where expatriates live in Beijing
* Real estate agency license holder preferable
* Proficiency in English is a must. French is a plus
* The ability to communicate clearly to expats of different cultures and backgrounds
* Have ambition and the ability to move quickly within the team to a more senior position to take care of corporate and embassy clients

帮助业主和租客进行租赁合同的谈判
完成行政任务，并向安家部经理报告工作

知识和技能：
熟悉北京所有涉外租赁的楼盘
房地产经纪人证件持有者优先录取
必需具备流利的英语能力，会法语者加分
与不同文化和背景的外国人充分交流的能力
具有在团队内快速升职的野心和能力，并在升职后接手外资集团和使馆客户
