We are recruiting the following positions in our Shanghai Office:
Finance Assistant Intern - 6 months part time
Responsibility
- Supporting the binding and archiving of vouchers and accounting books;
- Supporting the preparation of legal documentations for certain business activities, with instruction and supervision;
- Assisting the cashier and accountant to setup supplier information/payment template in online payment system;
- Based on capacity and capability, assist the accounting clerk with the expense report prepayment review;
- Ad hoc office assignment(e.g. mailing and expressing documents, submitting documentations to government agencies or banks, making photocopies and affixing company stamps, logistics coordination, etc..)
Requirements
- 3rd year college student, preferably with accounting experience or knowledge;
- Advanced in written English and basic in verbal English;
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint);
- Extremely detail oriented and self-disciplined;
- Good communication skill
Internship Period
• 6-month period, from September to February 2015;
• Could extend based on performance and demand;
• 2~3 working days per week.
