What are my responsibilities?

Finish the training planed in 18 months, and build the knowledge to be a qualified R&D engineers in OC R&D successfully, the knowledge required are related to product,R&D

Contribute to R&D existing projects in OC.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

resh graduates, Most current technical knowledge in own field - LV switchgear; master in electrical engineering

Manufacture engineering and quality management skill

Testing, validating, approval of documents

Project management

Coaching skills, presentation techniques

Quality management methods

PLM processes / guidelines

Related standards/Product application knowledge/Electromagnetism design/Testing method and equipment
