具体要求：专业： 电子，通信, 自动化或计算机专业
                 有较强的动手能力, 有做过设计者优先.
          时间：实习期间要保障每周4天，实习长度不短于半年.
  教育程度: 研究生
计算机水平:　MS-Office熟练
性格：开朗，乐于沟通.

·Responsible for analysis, design and implementation of software according to technical requirement specification and standards
·Responsible for test case design according to system requirement and software implementation, and performing software test
·Responsible for document review, code review, test case review for early defect detection to make sure the development goal achieved with high quality
·Responsible for product maintenance and troubleshooting field issues
Position Requirements:
·Master degree or above and solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, software engineering, electrical/computer
·Strong programming skill in C/C++ and Certification of programming is a plus
·Knowledge in Objected Oriented (OO) design is a plus
·Ability to research, understand, document, code, and test software systems
·Understanding of networking and Linux is a plus
·Innovative, self-motivated and highly ambitious
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals
·Creative problem solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills
·Strong written and verbal communication
·Scholarship or Top score is a plus

Position: System Integration Test Associate Engineer
Location: Shanghai
 
Job Description:
1.Engage in the process of system Integration test and automation test for Alcatel-Lucent access network products.
2.Responsible for Feature requirement analysis, test case design/optimization and execution, defect report and tracking in test projects.
3.Set up and maintain test environment in test projects.
4.Develop new test method/tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
5.Provide training and field support to customer.
 
Qualifications:
1.Education background:
-Master in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecom or equivalent
2.Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
-Basic concept of Access network technology
-Good knowledge about TCP/IP network and protocols is mandatory
-Good knowledge about routing and switching is preferred
-Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
3.General competencies:
-Proactive & initiative
-Good communication and presentation skill in both Mandarin and English.
-Open-minded, good team work spirit
-Desire to learn new technologies and good self-study ability.
4.Language Ability:
-Fluent in both oral and written English;
5.Plus:
-Knowledge of Perl, TCL, Python script programming
-Familiar with R&D product life cycle and test techniques
-IPv6, Multicast, MPLS, QoS and/or routing and switching certifications

2、能熟练运用Photoshop、Pro-E、Coredraw等工业设计软件；
3、大学本科工业设计系或视觉传达及相关艺术学系毕业，熟悉通信、机电行业优先；
4、良好的英语阅读能力；
5、具团队合作精神、乐观敬业，有敏锐洞察力和创新能力，以及良好的沟通及协调能力。
