now seeking a talented and ambitious Training
and Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator to further add-value and support
our business in the next phase of our growth plans in Asia.
Reporting
directly to the Asia Training and Internal Recruitment Lead, this highly
visible role will see you cover an extensive range of
HR responsibilities. You will be part of a team of HR professionals who
have strong strategic influence to the wider business. You will play a
critical role in shaping the future of the China business by sourcing
talent in the market, coordinating assessment
centres, assist in delivering tailored and skill-based training, as
well as having exposure to a full range of learning and development
initiatives. The future of your role will be solely dependent on your
aspirations and abilities.
In order to
be considered for this highly sought-after opportunity, the most
important criteria are can-do attitude and ambition in developing
a long-term career in HR. You will have strong command of English and
Mandarin, in both verbal and written forms. It is critical that you can
demonstrate a passion for people development. Furthermore, you will be a
team-player who enjoys working independently
and are not shy about voicing your opinions or taking initiation to
uphold the integrity and high standard of the HR team.
