The Chinalco-Rio Tinto Exploration (“CRTX”) company was established in 2011 to explore for copper, coal, potash, iron ore, nickel and borates in the People’s Republic of China. The company is a joint venture between two of the world’s leading minerals and metals producers – Chinalco and Rio Tinto. To assist with growing and developing CRTX’s business in China, we are looking for 2 Admin & HR Intern to join CRTX, reporting to Administration Specialist and HR Specialist. This role has the opportunity to become a full time employee after graduation if very good performance delivered.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

1.      Providing daily administration support to staff, including

1)      typing reports and letters, sending out information, photocopying;

打印复印报告、信件以及对外邮寄信函;

2)      providing a reception service and answer general queries by telephone, email, post and maintain office supplies of stationery, refreshments etc;

提供前台接待服务,负责来访、来电、来函,负责日常办公用品的采购和领用管理;

3)      Maintaining agreements for the lease of office equipment (photocopier, telephones, IT equipment) and ensure that this equipment is well maintained;

管理办公设备的租赁合同(如复印/打印机、传真机、电话、IT设备等),确保这些设备处于良好的可使用状态;

4)      Organising travel arrangements for staff and visitors; providing support with logistic requirements for projects as required;

负责员工和来访人员的履行安排,根据项目要求提供后勤保障;

5)      Support to complete the procurement process and payment process

配合完成采购及付款流程。

6)      Book business lunch/dinner

订餐

7)      In charge of newspaper /magazines subscription

订购报刊杂志。

8)      Implement visitor registration and safety introduction

进行来访人员登记并进行安全介绍。

9)      As main speaking window to communicate with building management

作为公司的主要窗口与物业保持联络。

2.      Translating between Chinese and English, and vice versa as required.

根据要求进行中英文互译。。

3.      Some daily HR support, like interview coordination, training record management and visit social insurance and housing fund agency.

提供日常的人事支持,比如面试安排、培训记录管理、去社保和公积金中心办理业务。

4.      Other tasks assigned by Admin Specialist and HR Specialist.

To be considered for this role you will have:

任职要求:

1.      Bachelor degree or above in Administration Management, HR Management, Business Management, English  or other related majors.

行政管理、人力资源管理、工商管理、英语或其他相关专业的本科或以上学历毕业生。

2.      Be able to work at least 4 days a week for at least 6 month

每周出勤4个工作日并至少实习6个月。

3.      Fluent in English (both in spoken and written) and good computer skills

英语流利并具有良好的计算机技能。

4.      Proactive, be able to work under pressure

积极主动,具备良好的抗压能力。

5.      Be responsible, hardworking and detailed-oriented

具有极强的责任心,能够吃苦耐劳,且办事细心

6.      Good communication skill and quick learner.

良好的沟通技能,并具备快速的学习能力。
