工作职责：

1. 服务客户 ： 拜访客户，参加材料展会，解决问题，满足客户需求，创建公司形象
2. 支持业务团队： 加强客户与业务团队的良好沟通，例如订单，创新想法等
3. 根据市场条件制作销售计划 ： 抓住市场趋势，主导竞争者，需求客户资源；

职位要求：

1. 流利的英文读写听说能力，能跟国外客户进行良好的沟通;
2. 基本电脑操作，熟悉Mircosoft办公软件，如word, excel, powerpoint等;
3. 性格开朗，工作敬业，为人诚实，有良好的团队合作精神;
4. 具有较强的沟通和谈判能力;

Company Profile

HuaFeng Textile Group was founded in 1999 at south China, is focus on development, weaving, dyeing and finishing, sales in one group of textile companies for domestic and foreign customers.  It has 6 factories including yarn manufacture, knitting and dyeing facility.

Nowadays, HuaFeng had established long-term business relations with worldwide famous footwear and apparel brands like Adidas, Nike, New Balance and so on. Moreover, Hua Feng is the only fabric supplier of them at the China mainland.

Our future development direction is Develop our own brands, Adjust marketing strategy, improve marketing position, to get the upgrade from providing products to providing brands.  At present, Hua Feng owns the brands, such as live free, SEM and HAPTIC.

Responsibility:

•       Serving the client better

Visit customers, attend material show, solve issues, create customers’ needs, build up company image etc .

·        Support sales team

Enhance good communication between customers and sales team such us order information, new ideas for innovation, pending issues, improvement etc.

·         Report and make plans according to marketing condition

Catch marketing trends, Monitor competitors, look for customer resource, complete business process, supervise and examine performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.   Foresee the market trend and make preparation for new innovation and development.

 

Requirement:

·         Excellent English Level:

Fluent oral English, skilled email reading and writing, good listening, can communicate with foreigners easily.

·         Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft office software: word, excel, powerpoint,ect.

·         Characteristics: Open-minded, easy-going, diligent, honest, creative, willing to learn, can deal well with pressure,

·         Overall ability: communication, plan making, leadership, performance, interpersonal skills, problem solving ect.
