Position
Consultant/Associate Consultant （上海猎头顾问-工业方向）
Key Responsibilities and Career Development Plan
1.
As Consultant, he or she can conduct
executive search to complete client assignments, and develop client in certain
industry to improve overall performance in his or her assigned industry
practice.
2.
We will provide the successful
candidates with a systematic training program; the jobholder is expected to
equip with overall understanding for working in FMC. Continuous and systematic
on-job coaching and training will be provided later on.
3.
Depending on the jobholder's performance
and capability, his/her future career development in FMC could be Sr.
Consultant/Consulting Manager or Partner.

if lack of BD experience.）
Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills
and Previous Exposure:
1.
Previous executive search
experience or working experience in Industrial & Infrastructure, Energy,
Electrical & Electronics,Chemicals is a plus.
2.
Provenrecords in the executive search
industry.
3.
Systematic and analytic quick learner
and team player.
4.
Smart,energetic and willing to take
challenges.
5.
Good communication and interpersonal
skills.
