For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a IC LMV MS SSLS Purchasing Engineer 基础设施与城市建设业务领域 中低压集团 中压系统 上海西门子开关有限公司 采购工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1, Reduce purchasing price by using all kinds of procurement leaverage (e.g.: negotiation, e-bidding, local sourcing, supplier switch)  to control material cost. 通过使用各种采购手段（如谈判、电子竞标、本地化采购、供应商更换等）降低采购价格以控制物料成本。

2, Make suitable procurement strategy by tracking responsible material supply market trend, looking into deep of purchased material cost structure and supplier structure to secure material cost of product can be maintained competative in the industry. 通过跟踪所负责物料供应市场发展趋势、深入了解物料成本结构和市场供应商结构，制订合适的采购战略，以确保公司产品成本中的物料采购成本能够在同行业中保持有竟争力的水平。

3, Secure material availablity by studying supplier pofolio (single source or multi-source), identify potential shortage risk from supplier production capacity, or quality default and taking supplier base optimization approaches (e.g. 2nd sourcing, supplier development in logistic or quality). 通过研究供应商组合、发现潜在的因供应商产能不足或质量缺陷而产生物料供应短缺的风险，并采取供应商优化措施（如：开发第二供应商，发展供应商物流和质量能力等）。

4,  Handing PA to PO efficiently to secure the demand department can obtaine material in time, and support cost can be booked timely and correctly. 及时有效地将采购申请转化成采购订单，保证需求部门能及时得到所需物料，支持采购成本能够及时准确入账。

5, Support R&D project to reach target cost by early involved into R&D projects via sourcing, and introducing suitable suppliers into projects. Support to buy samples from suppliers on time to help R&D projects running on schedule. 通过在研发项目的早期阶段进入项目，寻找合适供应商并将其引入项目中，以帮助项目实现目标成本。从供应商处购买样件并准时获得样件以支持研发项目能够按计划进度完成。

6, Support other departments in driving productivity measures (e.g. DTC, VAM) by selecting suitable suppliers and coordinaite between internal departments and external suppliers. 通过选择合适的供应商，协调公司内部相关部门和外部供应商以帮助公司各部门推动生产力提高的各项措施（如设计优化降成本、生产优化降成本等）。

7, Additional Purchasing activities based on demand.根据实际需要的其它采购活动。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1, Can use English as working language 可以使用英语作为工作语言；

2, IT tools and methods IT （e.g. Good at using Excel, Powerpoint, experience in using SAP is a plus） IT工具和IT方法 （如擅于使用EXCEL，POWEPOINT等，如有使用SAP经验则更佳）；

3, Basic purchasing expertise to high potential to develop 良好采购技能或较高发展潜力；

4, Basic technical/product knowledge in target responsible material filed; 在将负责物料领域内的良好技术和产品知识；

5, Basic quality knowledge 基本质量知识；

6, Basic commercial knowledge 基本商务知识；

7, Average Knowledge of contract law 一般合同法知识；

8, Good cross-functional cooperation experience, project management skill. 良好跨部门合作经验，项目管理技能；

9, Average purchasing knowledge and experience in responsible material fileds (detailed description depends on responsible material category) 在将负责物料领域内的一般采购经验（详细描述取决于所负责物料类别）。

What else do I need to know?

1, Engineering background is prefered. 工科背景。

2, 3-5 years work experience in Electrical industry with direct material purchasing. 3至5年在电气行业的直接物料采购经验。

3, Good negotiation skills. 良好的沟通协调能力。
