Operations Analyst (Night Shift)
Responsibility
- Production of daily operational deliverables in line client service level agreements
- Daily Trade processing and trade approval
- Daily Trade, Position and Cash Reconciliation
- Review daily PnL and identify anomalies
- Updating Security Master File information
- Break resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients including cash, trades, positions, collateral margin calls, settlements, confirmations and daily pricing issues.
- Review of Over the Counter (OTC) master agreements and confirmations
- Verifying Corporate Actions reporting for all funds
- Work with client in a professional manner to resolve any open issues
Qualification
- Bachelor level degree in finance, accounting, economics or other quantitative subjects related to the financial industry or relevant professional designation (CFA, CPA etc.)
- Internship in Financial Services with an exposure to P&L Reporting or Operations processing would be a plus
- Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge
- Strong Customer Relationship skills (English ability etc.)

- 审查每日盈亏报告，及时处理误差
