1. Job Title: Lighting-Development Quality Engineer (2015应届毕业生)

Responsibilities ：

• You have at all times the consumer overview and value judgment including the business impact
• You are integral responsible for the quality assessment of our consumer luminaires range.
• Uses inter disciplinary alignments to maximize performance to reach the quality level
• You can set priorities (progress blocking / project blocking) and derogate internal spec issues.
• You ensure proper definition and execution of the quality test plan by reviewing and coaching
• You are a quality gatekeeper
• Project Plan Platform deliverables
• Key-inspector in overall plans
• Quality KPI’s
• You provide leadership, steer all product quality related activities and advise in milestones.
• You assist the project leaders/project manager in decisions, using:
• Voice of the Customer (VOC)
• Critical Parameters (CTQ’s)
• Robust & Reliable Design (DFSS, QTP)
• Risk & Problem Management (FMEA, reviews)

 

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Reliability are preferred
• Very communicative person and team player, being able to work in a broad scope and interacting with a lot of disciplines: Electronics, Mechanics, Software, Commercial Department and the Consumer Experience Centre.
  Being immune to stress, leader. Customer-oriented.
  Dynamic person, being able to operate in a project driven organization and responding to directions from the Project Manager and Team Leader. Able to timely reach milestones.
  Fluently communicating in English, since operating in an international context. CET-6 is a must.
• Willing to learn the knowledge and grow up via projects, practice and off job trainings very fast. Gotten high ranking in the university is preferred.
• Proactive and positive thinking. Working as leader in Student Council is preferred.

2. Job Title: Lighting-Product communication officer（2015应届毕业生）

In this role you will contribute and support Philips Consumer Luminaires Growth Market Product Communication team in the delivery of go to markets materials for existing and future products. This includes supporting and assisting the respective communication specialists within the team in day to day operations. 

Responsibilities

• Supports Marketing communication manager in the realization of the marketing deliverables outlined in the marketing communication plan.
• Works with and supports Product communication specialists on day to day management of the projects.
• Initially understudy the respective product communication specialists on Packaging guideline maintenance, artwork check and eventually taking over the responsibility and ownership of this process.
• Responsible for managing the respective systems /Sharepoint links/ Philips Asset Library cover tasks like upload and maintenance
• Responsible for the Payment application, register and tracking
• Responsible for fundamental support for offline and online marcom materials (catalogue, POS displays/lifestyle image, web banners etc) and takes care of timely availability for optimal market introduction/activation in markets.
• Works with and support other specialists within marcom team on ad hoc projects and deliverables when required

• You have a Master degree in relevant Marketing or relevant Mass Communication Discipline.

4. Job Title: Lighting-Product Engineer（2015应届毕业生）

• Develop luminaires for domestic market in the right quality and cost, and complying to applicable international standards within the agreed time-to-market.
• Product structural design for in-house project if applicable.

• Lead the supplier and project team to meet target mechanical related cost.
• Drive supplier to meet schedule for all deliverables.
• Manage all documents, PLM data and milestones on time.

• Supervision to other Engineering team members.
• Support to develop competence of the Engineering Team
• Innovation and new idea generation for product engineering and user experience
• Support field compliant attack.
• Requirements:
• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics related discipline

• Familiar with Mechanical design related software, such as pro E, etc.
