Key Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the Dalian systems operations and technology innovations.

ü         Development and maintenance of the J2EE based web application on Websphere as per the application design

ü         Ensure that work performed within the group is supportable and completed within the overall IT strategy of FIL

ü         Ensure that work is completed to a sufficient level of quality

ü         Ensure adherence to change management processes and assist in facilitating the ongoing review and enhancement of these processes.

ü         Works under minimal supervision to meet goals set by management

Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes

Must have:

ü         BS or higher degree (or equivalent) in computer science, software engineering or information management etc

ü         Fluent in English (CET-6 or above) and / or Japanese (N2 or above)

ü         Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

ü         Innovative, passionate about technology

ü         Great team player
