As one of young talent development programs, Siemens Commercial
Trainee Program (SCTP) has cultivated many excellent commercial
professionals for Siemens.
SCTP will provide the trainees a 12-month intense systematic
training. The training involves professional sessions on Financial
Management, Commercial Management, Supply Chain Management, Project
Management etc. Other than theoretical trainings, trainees will have
opportunities to rotate between different function departments inside
the company. At the same time, SCTP provides career guides and
experience sharing from experienced professional Commercial/Finance
managers. After the program, trainees will take important roles in
Commercial/Finance function in Siemens.
西门子商务培训生项目作为西门子应届生人才培养项目之一,为西门子培养优秀的商务领域专业人才。
公司将为培训生提供为期12个月高强度系统化的培训,其中涉及财务管理,商务管理,供应链管理,项目管理等方面的专业培训,公司内部不同职能部门间
的轮岗实践,以及资深商务/财务经理针对各个培训生的职业指导与经验分享。项目结束后,培训生将会在西门子商务/财务领域承担重要的角色。
What are my responsibilities?
Attend and successfully complete the entire SCTP year program,
including the various theoretical training sessions and practical job
rotation assignments both in HQ and factories.
Report progress throughout the duration of the program proactively to the SCTP program manager and their coach/hiring manager.
After completing the program, the trainee should have a fundamental
understanding of the Siemens organization, business and commercial
function.
The trainee should master sound theoretical knowledge as well as
practical experience in the most important commercial areas, e.g.
pricing/costing, order processing, cost allocation & billing,
product development, material logistics, production and production
control, accounting, reporting, financial statement, risk management.
参与并成功完成为期一年的商务培训生项目,
包括理论培训、轮岗实践(如在集团总部和下属工厂)。积极主动地向项目经理和导师,经理汇报进展,并在项目结束后掌握西门子组织架构,业务和商务领域的相
