【工作内容】

1、与顾问密切合作，协助顾问分析客户的职位需求，设定寻访渠道和寻访目标公司，制定搜寻方案；

2、根据客户提供的职位要求，通过各种搜寻渠道寻访优秀的合适候选人，进行寻访、筛选、评估和背景调查。

3、关注行业及知名企业的发展动向。收集高级人才信息，建立广泛的人脉关系。

4、负责与高级人才的交流与协调；

5、负责联络候选人，保持与候选人的关系，获取候选人简历及目标公司信息。

6、协助顾问面试、筛选、评估候选人并提供面试报告。

7、与团队合作，成功完成各项人才寻访委托任务。

【岗位要求】

1、本科或以上学历

2、良好英文表达能力

3、有从事资讯科技及电讯业猎头工作经验者优先

4、享受与高级管理人员的沟通，并热爱具有挑战性的工作。

5、良好的表达及沟通能力，优秀的人际交往协调力及决策力。

6、结果与销售导向。

As a result of ongoing growth, we seek to recruit a young, energetic and committed professional to join the team as Researcher based in Guangzhou.

【Responsibilities】:

ŸWorking closely with Consultants on systematic searching and sourcing of appropriate candidates for our clients.

ŸAccording to the client requirement, source suitable candidates through different channels. Further screen and evaluate their information.

ŸAs a sourcing expert to keep updating about the latest news of targeted companies and industries. Collect the information of top candidates. Expand the market network within the industry.

ŸBe the key person to maintain the smooth communication with candidates.

ŸResponsible for contacting candidates, getting profiles from the candidates and get the company information from the targeted companies.

ŸAssisting interview arrangement, screening, evaluating of candidate and provide candidate reports.

ŸClosely work with the teams to achieve the company target.

【Requirements】:

ŸBachelor degree or above in any discipline

Ÿ1+ working experience without industry limit

ŸFresh-Graduate with in-house intern experience is acceptable

ŸRecruitment or working experience in the sector of IT&T is preferred

ŸGood in written & spoken English

ŸProactive, committed, positive thinking, and self-motivated

ŸResult and sales-oriented

ŸCreative and be able to think out of the box

ŸEnjoy interacting with senior executives and working in a fast-pace environment

ŸExcellent communication and telephone skills
