Key Responsibilities:
Ø Effectively manage the Source
and Screen steps of the APAC recruitment methodology
Ø Develop effective sourcing
strategies to build talent pools and candidate networks
Ø Develop and maintain strong
candidate relationships
Ø Provide support to Consultants
to deliver candidates from the talent pool for specific client assignments
Ø Consistently capture market
intelligence, including job leads and referrals
Ø Conduct reference checks and
prepare candidate reports
Ø Consistently capture all
required data in the Recruitment Workspace
Requirements:
Ø Degree holder in any discipline
from a well recognized university
Ø Native Mandarin speaker with
fluent spoken and written in English (understanding of other Asian languages
would be an added advantages)
Ø Proven internship experience by
working within MNC or corporate environment in any of industry sectors either
in China or overseas
Ø Able to communicate with people
coming from all level as well as different cultural background
Ø Good business sense and common
sense
Ø Sounds understanding of
business environment and cultural difference in China
Ø Able to work under stressful
working environment
Ø Permit to work in China
Ø Good sense of integrity, self
discipline and sounds knowledge of business ethics
Ø Eager to develop your career as
a recruitment professions
Ø Good logical thinking
Ø Strong sense of responsibility
Ø Well versed with MS Office
applications and social media portals i.e.: LinkedIn
