Motor mechanical engineer's working scope mainly include:
1. Clarify requirements with customers and propose solutions
2. Carry out new motor research and development
3. Implement mechanical design and mechanical performance analysis
3. Preliminary thermal analysis is also needed
What are my responsibilities?
Communication with HQ on customer layout and mechanical interface.
Clarify customer requirements regarding mechanical topics.
Fast feedback to customer mechanical questions.
Support to mechanical design for test bench and fixture
Benchmarking on local competitor motor products.
Support to local sale team and application team.
New motor research and development
Motor and material localization
Productuon support
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Has R&D mindsets.
Has strong mechanical theory background
Has much experience and capability in mechanical design and analysis.
Skilled with mechanical field softwares such as UG, Pro/e, Anasis, etc.
Familiar with mechanical machining and assembly of PM motor.
Good team work spirits
