WHO ARE WE
Shanghai ISDC (Information System Development Center) was founded in July 2000 as a result of OOCL (Oriental Overseas Container Line) global IT strategy apart from other 4 development centers in SanJose, HongKong, Manila and ZhuHai.
Shanghai ISDC is now composed of 90 around engineers, who are the most valuable resources contributing to its growth ever and future.
WHAT WE DO
Shanghai ISDC bears the responsibility to develop and maintain innovated e-commerce applications to serve external customers’ satisfactions as well as internal operation efficiency of OOCL, with close cooperation with other development centers.
Equipped with years’ experience, Shanghai ISDC is now involved into development of leading edged business applications in areas of global supply chain management, warehouse management, transportation management and global invoice processing.
HOW WE DO
Shanghai ISDC applies the industry’s leading methodology and technology for our system development. We started with J2EE and Rational OOAD from year 2000, and advanced to the stage of SOA, smartclient, BPM, and scrum process for our application development from last year.
For every project, we follow its standardized development process during the whole lifecycle. Begins with analysis of business feasibility and ROI, and follows by the development process of requirement analysis, prototyping, OOAD modeling, UI designing, coding, QA testing and User Acceptance Test. And also we seriously focus on our product implementation for ever release we delivered to secure every success in business perspective.
To satisfy our development needs during this full life cycle, we provides for every project different roles including project manager, business analyst, UI designer, C# developer, JSP/Java developer, domain/DB developer, QA engineer and system integrator. And what flexible is that every developer can have the opportunity to work as different roles in the project.

作为东方海外(OOCL)的全球IT战略的重要组成部分，上海软件开发中心于2000年七月应运而生。中心的成立旨在与位于美国的圣何塞开发中心，位于中国香港总部的开发中心，位于菲律宾的马尼拉开发中心，以及位于南中国的珠海开发中心协同作战，不断探索，巩固IT核心的价值理念，为公司和客户提供更加优质的服务。

技术、流程和经验

Position: Java开发工程师 / E-Commerce Engineer (Development) - Shanghai
Accountability:
· To participate in shipping and logistics related e-commerce project development
· To participate in use case walkthroughs and requirements discussions
· To be responsible for object-oriented system design and review
· To be responsible for application development
· To be responsible for code review, unit testing and performance tuning to ensure quality of work
· To participate in functional test case review and performance testing
· To participate in cross-team technical forums to share knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above in computer/information related field
· CET-6, good at written and oral English
· Knowledge and experience in RUP/UML/OO based system development
· Knowledge and experience in Oracle DB, J2EE related technology and SOA architecture, like Web Service, XML, Java, JMS, OR Mapping, JDBC, JSF, JavaScript and etc.
· Knowledge and experience in C# development in .net platform
· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team work spirit
· Passion in learning new technologies and applying them to daily work to improve team efficiency and product quality.
· Knowledge and experience in Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum and XP is preferred
· Knowledge and experience in domain/process modeling and work flow development is preferred
· Knowledge and experience in major open source framework is preferred

要求:
· 计算机/信息相关专业，大学本科及以上学历
· 英语六级，优秀的英文读写能力
· 基于RUP/UML/OO的相关开发经验
· 熟悉Oracle DB,J2EE相关技术及SOA架构，如Web Service, XML, Java, JMS, OR Mapping, JDBC, JSF, JavaScript等
· 熟悉基于.net平台的C#开发
· 工作认真负责，具有出色的沟通能力及团队合作精神
· 具有学习新技术的热情，并学以致用，不断提高团队工作效率和质量
