招聘人数：有机合成化学方向的博士后两名

招聘条件：

1，熟练的英文交流和读写能力；

2，具有化学、材料化学或相关学科的博士学位，并熟练掌握有机合成化学相关知识以及综合分析（HPLC，GC）和光谱分析的方法。,

主要任务：

1，设计，识别和发展经济、安全、高效和可扩展的先进化工材料的合成工艺路线。

2，制备和分析实验结果，向研究小组会议和导师的定期报告研究成果。

Two postdoctoral positions in Synthetic Organic Chemistrywith a special focus on chemical process research and development are available at the School of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology of the Tianjin University. The research focuses on design, identification and development of safe, economic, efficient and scalable synthetic processes and routes for the preparation of wide range of advanced chemical materials such as active pharmaceutical ingredients or drug candidates, organic electronics and other. The work is conducted in close cooperation with university groups and/or industrial partners as part of SPST's development of Process Chemistry as an area of excellence for the training of post-doctoral researchers.

 

The positions involves preparative and analytical laboratory work, thorough interpretation and documentation of the results as well as participation in group meetings including regular presentations and reports to the team and supervisor.

 

Successful candidates for these positions have a PhD in chemistry, material science or equivalent and show proactive, well-organized, target- and team-oriented performance. A strong background and proven practical work in synthetic organic chemistry as well as comprehensive knowledge of analytical (HPLC, GC) and spectroscopic methods are required. Strong oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

 

The contract is for a period of two years after a successful probationary period.
