 管理培训生（MT） 

Program Introduction： Management Trainee – DC Operations  During the 2-years MT program, besides the theoretical training courses, trainees would be offering opportunities to have multiple rotation in the operations division to have on-job training with regards to: 1. Onsite& people management 2. Flow management 3. Lean& Process improvement 4. Effective communication 5. Project management 6. Coaching & training skills 7. Health & Safety consciousness 

Qualification： 1. Bachelor’s degree as a minimum 2. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.  3. Self-starter, able to accomplish tasks on own initiative and to work under pressure 4. Familiar with MS office application 5. Good English writing and speaking Below qualifications to be considered as a plus： 1. Major in Supply chain/ Logistics/ IE or Master’s degree (and above)  2. Experience in Warehouse/ Supply chain management 3. Fluent in English 

项目简介： 管理培训生 – 仓储运营方向。在两年的管理培训生项目中，除了理论培训外，培训生将会被提供多个仓储运营部门轮岗机会以便能将以下内容学以致用：1.现场管控及人员管理2.流程管控 3.精益及流程改善 4.有效沟通5.项目管理6.员工指导及培训技巧7.            健康安全意识

 Super User:  

岗位设置的目的 Position Objective：  The person will be responsible for providing system support to the daily operation of the DC, which includes tracing/ investigating all the errors/ exceptions in the orders/ reporting, communicating that with IT timely and working out practical and effective solution. To manage the documentation team.    

 工作职责Job Responsibility：  1. To solve the system problems within the responsible areas via onsite support, making sure XpDS is running properly and stably.   2. Following the issue escalation process, to communicate with IT/ process team timely for any system issues and assist them to resolve the problem in order to minimize the impact to the DC operation.  3. To cooperate with IT/ Process team/ DC operation team/ NIKE China to conduct system test and implement new release.   4. To review and summarize the issues regularly and accordingly to conduct system and operation trainings.  5. To ensure high quality of functional reports being generated and communicated timely.  6. Review the whole process periodically to continuously seek for opportunities for process improvement within the functional scope.    

 任职资格Job Qualification：  

教育水平 Education Level：  Bachelor Degree or above     

工作经验 Work experience：  Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics field, with minimum 1 year experience in WMS operation experience

计划员（PPL）:  岗位设置的目的 Position Objective：  The role of Pick Pool planner is to schedule plans for operations to achieve a maximum guarantee of customer delivery, and an optimal use of the physical operational capacity of the CLC at the lowest possible cost (operational, transport...) per unit.      

工作职责Job Responsibility：  Daily outbound planning：  1. Master the PPL (pick pool logic) of the outbound process and the relevant system (Mainly working on XpDS, occasionally SAP).  2.    Work out the best daily outbound plan to ensure fulfilling order shipment requirements and controlling delivery time  3. Create outbound work and ensure timely communication with operation team about daily outbound planning.  4. Communicate with the operation team and XpDS Production Support team for outbound issues     

Data analysis：  1. Assist the supervisor/ manager to analyze daily/monthly cost per unit of outbound processing  2. Re-profile SKU assignment to optimize process flow on regular basis  3.    Analyze the capacity constraint to level the short/ med-term work  4. Maintain the reporting daily.    

 Others：  1. Responsible for picking face re-profiling (VNA excluded)  2.Assist the planning supervisor/ manager to handle the related work     

任职资格Job Qualification：  

教育水平 Education Level：  BS/BA required; preferably in Statistics, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management.     

工作经验 Work experience：  2 years production/logistics planning experience, preferred in Consumer Goods/ Hi-Tec/ Logistics/ Consumer Electronics industry. DC/ warehouse operation experience is a plus    

 综合素质/个人特征 Personal Character：  1. Good Analytical thinking with experience in statistical or quantitative methodologies, skilful in data analysis  2. Open-minded and passionate.  3. Good communication skills  4. Good team player and being able to work under pressure in fast pace environment     

其他 Others：  1. Fluent in verbal and written English & Mandarin  2. Work at Taicang in Suzhou area
