Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading and Services Co., Ltd.

Established in April 2008, Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading and Services Co., Ltd. (DPTS) is headquartered in Beijing and operates five warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Yangzhou and Chengdu. The headquarter manages all administration processes, including inventory management, importation, domestic trading, export, customer relationship management, procurement, transportation management, warehouse management, contract management and cost planning. As such, DPTS integrates the spare parts logistics supply for all DGRC activities including Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, Mercedes-Benz vans, smart and Maybach models in China under one roof, and thus provides the backbone to the five warehouses which do the physical distribution.

Established in September 2012 and headquartered in Beijing, Daimler Trucks and Buses (China) Ltd. (DTBC, previously known as Daimler Trucks China) is responsible for Daimler's business operations of imported trucks, special trucks, and buses in China. Currently, Daimler sells Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor and Atego trucks, as well as special trucks such as the Unimog and Zetros in the Chinese market. In addition, DTBC is also actively developing the bus business for Daimler in China.

BBAC's plant is located at the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. The company currently produces the C-Class, long wheelbase E-Class and GLK SUV vehicles carrying the world's most famous brand, Mercedes-Benz. Plant extensions will accommodate future production of models of the new generation compact cars (NGCC) that are all based on the Mercedes-Benz front-wheel drive architecture.

Established in February 2011, Shenzhen BYD Daimler New Technology Co., Ltd. (BDNT) is a 50-50 R&D technology joint venture founded by DGRC and BYD, currently developing electric vehicles in and for China. The new generation electric vehicle integrates Daimler's expertise in automobile design and safety with BYD's proficiency in battery technology and e-drive systems. In March 2012, Daimler and BYD jointly created and introduced the new brand "DENZA", owned and marketed by the joint venture.

2011年2月，比亚迪股份有限公司与戴姆勒大中华区投资公司以50:50的比例合资成立"深圳比亚迪戴姆勒新技术有限公司"。该合资企业是针对中国市场需求，在中国研发并制造电动车。其研发的新一代电动车将结合戴姆勒在整车设计和安全方面的领先技术以及比亚迪在电池技术和电力驱动系统方面的优势。2012年3月，戴姆勒与比亚迪为合资公司共同推出一个全新的品牌，名为腾势（DENZA）； 该品牌属于合资公司所有。
