Job Description职位描述

Position岗位: Intern实习生

Location工作地点: Beijing北京

Responsibility工作职责:

1. Assist Executive Search Consultant in screening candidates and other relative recruitment support.

2. Information Research, get more information in the related industry like competitors, related industry to find what other companies we can search;

3. Be responsible for the database maintenance

4. Cold Call.

a. Identify names of our target companies and target functions;

b. Try best to identify specific information including extension number, email or mobile number

5. Executive Search projects support.

6. Other department administration work support

Requirements:

1. Be a quick learner and have good personality, interpersonal skills

2. Hardworking and responsible

3. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

4. Can initiatively follow up managers’ assigned work.

5. Good communication skill, both English & Chinese

6. Willing to be an Executive Search Consultant & can work at least 3-4 days
