Associate Software Engineer
Job Duties:
· Study existing systems
· Analyse requirements
· Produce detailed specifications of new and revised system components
· Develop programs according to specifications, in accordance with Group and Quality Standards
· Participate in System Testing
· Participate in the selection, installation and customisation of software packages
Academic Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s degree or above
· Must be a graduate in Computer Science, IT engineering, Mathematics / Computation or a related discipline
· Possess a good command of written and spoken English
Candidate Requirements:
· An acceptable standard of communication in English
· Sound problem solving capability (analytical and logical reasoning skills)
· Acceptable technical knowledge in system development
· Proven ability in project planning and control

Job Duties:
· Actively participate and successfully complete departmental assignments / job rotation, departmental / functional / center-wide projects, mentorship etc.
· Display high level capability on driving change and innovation, driving execution and performance, inspiring and developing others.
· Maintain quality customer service by establishing good relationship with internal colleagues and external business partners, giving accurate and timely feedback of their requests and enquiries
· Take initiative to review and streamline workflow to optimize efficiency and recommend ways to enhance customer service
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree or above
· Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related majors
· Minor in Finance, Economic, International Trade or related financial/ economical-related majors is beneficial
· Fluent in both writing and speaking in English and Mandarin
· Strong communication skill and negotiation skill
· Passionate in Software Engineering Project of Banking Systems
