Roles and responsibilities: 1. Class management, follow the indications of Efekta as EF internal SOP to be sure: ? Set up individual study file for any customer and manage them appropriately; ? Work with academic team for deliver demo class for learners and their parents as customers; ? Confirm with each learner to be sure they are in the right class; ? Manage and record learning progress of all learners; ? Communicate with parents of learners and records their feedback well; ? Call in invite parents for school visit and work with course teachers to organization parents meeting as required; ? Update personal information and learning progress in ODIN system (CRM IT system), and manage any new change for the students in the class. ? Handling any complaints from customers and feedback suggestion from them also; ? Manage the disciplinary of the class, and keep all customers include learners and parents for any change for the class; ? Communicate with customers and encourage them continue EF courses to achieve EF sales target. 2. Routine work: ? Check any working message and mission reminding in the ODIN, and finish all issues related without any delay foe each day as the first and highest priority; ? Setup daily plan and finish that in time; ? Finish all work reports and forms in time; 3. Team work: ? Keep routine communication with teachers for any update for the learners in the class; ? Work with MKT team for all school course life clubs’ events and festival parties; ? Roles and responsibilities: 1. Handle all call-in telephones from customers and tracking progress of all individual cases assigned by provide professional consulting services , confirm each customer school visit in advance; 2. Tracking each telephone case and be sure the information will be booked and updated correct and in time. 3. Provide professional consulting to visiting potential customers, listen and understand the actual customers’ needs and link with corporate language training products and services to achieve sales target; 4. Be sure all sales information and data include but limited customer information, case progress status, customer school visiting information will be under good controlled and updated in corporate CRM/business data system correct and in time. 5. Help customers understand the price offers of corporate in an appropriate way, provide professional service and support so that customers can issue the sales contracts with high satisfaction. 6. Mange all sales files, keep them correct and complete. Finish sales report in time and correct, update all sales related data and information in corporate CRM/business data system. 7.
