Main Responsibilities

Provide employers a comprehensive talentconsulting and recruitment services.

1) Understand recruiting requirements ofthe client and make a searching strategy.

2) Search for suitable target candidatesthrough difference channels.

3) Contact and select possible candidates.

4) Arrange appointments and confirm timewith both consultant and candidates.

5) Provide candidates reports for ourclients.

5) Keep records and update information toour information system.

6) Accomplish other necessary tasks asrequired.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1) With customer service or sales-relatedworking experience is preferred.

2) Quick learner and team player.

3) Smart, energetic and ready to takechallenges.

4) Good communication and interpersonalskills.

5) Previous executive search experience ispreferred.

Others

1) Bachelor’s degree

2) Workable in English

3) Good computer skill
