职位描述:

General Purpose of the Position:
？ 直接参与制造实践的员工
？ 与他人协同工作，通过解决问题和持续改进等方法，用最低的生产成本制造出客户所需的高质量产品
？ 参与培训生成长计划(制造工艺方向)，培训实践时间为12个月，为储备工程师做好实践经验和技术准备

Major Responsibilities:
？ 知道、了解并严格遵守安全生产规章制度和程序
？ 遵照车间的5S要求，维护生产区域的安全和洁净
？ 严格按照标准化作业操作,并保质保量完成生产计划
？ 协助标准化工作的开展，同时不断对其进行改进
？ 接受培训后能出色完成该生产区域的所有工作及通过岗位等级考核评估
？ 通过作业指导书、质量控制计划、标准化作业、和遏制计划等手段，确保产品质量
？ 能辨认正常和非正常的情况，并做出相应的反应
？ 掌握产品的工艺要求,做好每班的开机检查及防错装置检查并定期做好生产区域的预防性维护
？ 协助班组长做好班组建设工作,并对生产过程中产生的质量,设备,原材料等问题提出合理化化建议
？ 努力改进产品质量，降低生产成本和提高生产完成率

职位描述:

Major Responsibilities:
1. Continuous improvement of existing manufacturing equipment as well as assist in the implementation of new programs based on the plants future business plan.
2. Lead process problem solving/root cause analysis.
3. Follow Internal Control procedure, resolve the non-compliance in time.
4. Execute CPI assignment on time.
5. Other job responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering
2. Fresh graduate, no resit in exams
3. CET 6 with fluent English both oral and writing
4. Good command of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
5. Good communication skill and task-oriented
6. Good teamwork spirit

培训生 （噪声振动方向）

职位描述:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for NVH Facility, including test bench set up, fixture design, certified for using and provide Work Instruction (WI) for technicians & garage support as well.

2. Provide support for in-house & on-site (customer) product noise such as vehicle evaluation, data collection & analysis, problem confirmation, root cause analysis & solution recommendations.

3. Provide support for plant offline noise stand, including FTQ & Limit set & revise.

4. Provide product engineering expertise to support supplier development, manufacturing quality analysis, and customer requests

5. Support new business pursuit activities.

6. Support continuous Cost Improvement Process (CIP).

7. Complete work in accordance with procedure like sample delivering, equipment acceptance, logistic, and company procedures of other aspects.

8. Accept other job responsibilities as required by Supervisor.

9. Maintain safety and good housekeeping.
