礼来中国研发中心
2010年11月2日，礼来制药在上海宣布将在中国设立糖尿病研发中心，专注于研发满足中国糖尿病患者需求的药物。2012年5月31日，礼来中国研发中心在上海张江正式投入运营。该研发中心目前的首要任务是专注中国的糖尿病患者，探索具有新的作用机制、可以延缓糖尿病进程的新型药物。
礼来中国研发中心聘用了约一百名科学家和工作人员，包括海外和来自中国本土的人才，旨在培养科研及管理人才上积极贡献力量。该中心的成立是礼来制药近年来在全球范围内推出的一系列重大研发投入中的又一项最新举措；也再次映证了礼来在实施创新，尤其是在糖尿病领域的研究以及改善全球患者的个体疗效方面的不懈承诺。

Lilly has an established diabetes franchise with the strategy to commercialize first-in-class and best-in-class treatments to address unmet medical needs. As an integral part of Lilly Research Laboratories, Lilly China Research & Development Center (LCRDC) in Shanghai, China focuses primarily on discovering new medicines to treat diabetes with the aim of improving the health of diabetes patients in China and globally.
We seek highly motivated individuals to join our Biology or Chemistry team.
Qualifications:
- PhD in organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or a related area, with 0-2 years of working experience.
- Highly motivated individual, devoted to improving health care in China and globally through innovative drug discovery research, and willing to grow with the company.
- Solid training and strong academic performance as reflected by publication record.
- Ability to conduct independent laboratory research, including the design and execution of experiments and the generation of high quality data for key decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
