For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BJ,we are looking for a Import & Export specialist/进出口专员.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Manage import and export process with China Customs, China Inspection and Quarantine and other import/export and international trading related government organization with relavent national aws and Siemens policy.

 

2.Operate import/export process with forwarder in efficient and reasonable cost way.

 

3.Forwarder quotation/service level update and comparision for further management decision make

 

4.Forwarder performance evaluation and forwarder management

 

5.Forwarder payment / invoice verification

 

6.China customs/CIQ audit cooperation

 

7.Apply Certification of Original country letter for oversea customer, implement CoO in import business.

 

8.Summarize Import/Export shippment data, take analsyis for key points.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.Porfessional knowledge in international trade and China customs relevant laws and policy;  

 

2.Good knowledge in forwarder handling process;  

 

3.Be familiar with key documentation/bill released from Customs and CIQ; 

 

4.Strong sense to take forwarder performance evaluation and promotion.

 

5.Bachelor degree or above in international trade or related subject.

 

6.Fluent English skill.
