Main Responsibilities
-Be responsible for intern management of headquarters and some branches
-Posting recruitment information on websites and campus forum, update interna
l management system
-Screening resumes, help make a selection about interview candidates
-Contacting candidates and interviewer, and make specific interview arrangeme
nt with internal system
-Making preparations for the on-boarding and termination staff
-Support the management of campus activity
-Personal file management
-Daily payment process
-Supporting other HR sectors

Skills & Competence
- Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and analytical th
inking
Language Skills
- Well versed in both English and Chinese (verbal and writing)
Work Period
- Could be available from Oct.
- Could work for at least 3 months and over 3 days per week
