Management Trainee - Plant Production Dept.

    Your key responsibilities
    Ensure production quality through caring out ‘four eye principle’, FMEA, and workplace audit, etc.
    Property production planning to ensure shipment on time.
    Manage and maintain accuracy in SAP operation manufacturing as well physical shop floor stock.
    Involve quality control plan to instruct the set-up, patrol, and final inspection.
    Responsible for GPMS manufacturing process.
    Understanding, maintain and optimize logistic in production area.
    Responsible for continues improvement process (CIP) in production.
    Ensure the workplace are in good shape, clean and tidy through 5S management.
    Coaching and developing employees.
    Production related project management.
    Support TTM project and introduce new products.
    Ensure a good communication with other departments, promote team work.
   
    Your profile
    Degree: Bachelor or Master in mechanics / engineering / electrical science
    Language: To be proficiency in oral and writing in English
    Soft skill:
    1) To be smart enough in logic thinking.
    2) A quick leaner and to be curious to new things.
    3) Has positive attitude to solve difficulties.
    4) To be ambitious for career development in short term and long term.
