管理培训生们能从中国喜达屋酒店中最成功的领导人身上学习经验， 我们的培训时间从12 到18个月不等。在培训结束后，每位管理培训生通常会被安排在一家新的酒店开始担任助理经理，经理或同等职位，来继续发展他们的职业生涯。

Campus Recruiting: Corporate Management Trainee Program

If you are passionate to be hotelier elites, this is a unique experience that we create for the unique you!

Starwood Chinaoffers a Corporate Management Trainee program for graduates that exposes them to the places, people and practices that sets the foundation for success throughout their careers. Trainees can learn from leaders in some of the most successful Starwood hotels in China, The length of training varies from 12 to 18 months depending on discipline. At the completion of the training, each participant is placed into an assistant manager, manager or equivalent position, usually at a new hotel where they can go on with their further career development.
