Description
Our Operations team provides the sophisticated and robust infrastructure that our business needs to deliver consistently outstanding client service and ensures that all of UBS’s transactions are settled swiftly and accurately. In addition, we work in close partnership with sales and trading functions to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions to the rapid and relentless growth in transaction volumes and new business demands. These include market entry, risk control, product development, expanding revenue streams and industry regulation. As a graduate in Operations, you will have a platform for success and access to continuous learning and development opportunities throughout your UBS career. Training Program
We know that development opportunities are important to you and we want to make sure you you'll be successful. That's why our graduate training program is designed to ensure that you'll have an in-depth introduction to our firm and the business you will be part of. You'll start your UBS experience by participating in UBS Discovery, a training program that will bring you up to speed on our industry, strategy, capabilities and culture. As you move into your target business you'll benefit from both business-specific and firm-wide on- and off-the-job training that will ensure you are a confident and competent contributor from day one. In Operations, you will also benefit from residential modules designed to prepare you for a successful and rewarding career in Operations, including an operations-specific business training. Throughout the program, you will be given in-depth feedback and guidance by Operations senior managers to help strengthen your strategic thinking and process understanding under a range of conditions. The business and technical skills you acquire throughout the program provide the basis for greater responsibility. Internal mobility within Operations is encouraged throughout the program.
