Introduction:

The purpose of the Management Trainee program is targeting at high caliber fresh graduates or graduated young talents, the selected MTs will rotate to different function position and will be involved in company’s internal project about planning, research, execution to help get the deepinsight of the company business,afterwards when trainees’ performance evaluation confirmed to be successful, we will appoint them to a specific position from different departments based on his/her performance. The management trainee will be directly by the managing director of guidance, making him/her can quickly grow up.

Qualification:

1. Expected master degree or above in July 2015;

2. Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese;

3. Good computer skills and analytical skills;

4. Willing to work under pressure;

5. Strong learning desire and ability;

6. Self-disciplined and highly flexible, self-motivated and dynamic;

7. With quick learning ability, team spirit and pleasant personality;

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

职位说明:

管理培训生项目针对的是优秀的应届毕业生或者刚毕业的优秀人才，被选中的培训生将在不同的岗位进行轮岗，参与公司内部项目的策划、研讨、执行等，以帮助其对公司业务有深入的了解，最终当管理培训生的表现评估被认可后，我们将根据他们的表现从不同部门中指派一个特定的岗位。该管理培训生将直接由公司董事总经理指导工作，使其能够快速成长。

 1. Assist managers to develop and maintain good relationship with clients;

2. Deliver services of high quality to clients;

3. Communicate with government authorities for solving issues;

4. Perform necessary data and info analysis;

5. Conduct necessary research of accounting and tax policies to assist development of new services.
