Sales Trainee
Location: SHANGHAI
Key Responsibilities
1.Complete several sales training courses, specific product knowledge experiences, understanding of inter-department functions (like production, sales, marketing, customer service, and design department) and an exposure to a variety of company sales tools.
2.Formulate and implement key accounts management plans in the responsible region.
3.Achieve sales budgets, growth targets, and maximize gross margins.
4.Get alignment with operation & finance team to facilitate the business and order process.
5.Maintain and continually capture market information regarding competitors, market trends, and customer requirements and collaboratively works with colleagues, especially marketing, to strengthen our position and presence in the market.
6.Explore further growth opportunities in existing markets, while conjointly developing new business, customers and markets.
Knowledge and Experience
7.Bachelor’s degree.
8.1-2 years’ sales/marketing/international trade/production working experience.
9.Exposure in packaging industry is preferred.
10.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, especially excel and power point.
11.Able and willing to take business trips.
12.Good command of English is a plus.
