CFLP Overview
China Finance Leadership Program (CFLP) was established in 1995 as a Carrier Program and changed to a UTC program in May 1998. This program thrives to attract and retain promising finance talent from high ranking Chinese educational institutions, with the intention to offer rewarding long-term career opportunities in United Technologies in a dynamic global environment.
Open Position: CFLP Associates. This training program includes 3 years rotations, which provides opportunity to trainees for exposure at different corporate finance, including accounting, finance planning and analysis, internal controls and internal audit, etc.
Location: CFLP Associates will work based in Shanghai. Rotation places include Suzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Qinhuangdao, Qinghai, Foshan, Hong Kong, Taipei, Malaysia, Singapore and US.
