 Alstom High Voltage Equipment (Wuhan) Co., Ltd (AWT for short hereafter) is a Joint-Venture between ALSTOM GRID and Shanghai Electric Group, founded on 26 Dec 2007 with the total capital of about 60 mEuros. As one of 13 ALSTOM transformer factories in the world, AWT is located in Yangluo Economic Development Zone, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, P.R. China, covering the land 128328m2. The factory area is 26700 m2, and annual production capacity is 20000MVA.And AWT is the first LEED certified green transformer factory in the world.

By fully bringing in comprehensive design, manufacturing technology and advanced management methods from ALSTOM one of the three top transformer manufacture groups, AWT is able to design and produce full range power transformers with largest stand-alone capacity of 1400MVA,including large, ultra-large/ high voltage, ultra-high voltage transformers from 110kV up to 200kV AC and HVDC transformers up to ± 1100kV. 二、招聘需求

职位

Trainee (PM, Tendering, Engineering)

Location: Wuhan

Purpose of the Job:

According to business development, in order to solve customer’s problems in a more efficient and professional way, recruit good profile and engineering related major trainees with good English level as resourcing for technical needs department or positions, like Project Management, Tendering, Production Engineering, Engineering, Test, Quality Control, etc., after 12 months’ technical training and understanding in Engineering department.

Organisational Reporting:

Reporting to Mechanical Design Manager or Electrical Design Manager.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Receive 12 months on-job training and working task in Engineering department, get familiar withpower transformer structure, main component, technical knowledge, etc.

Receive monthly quiz by Engineering department.

At end of 12 months training, get assessment from Engineering production department, shouldpass the assessment.

Get job rotation to remanding department according to business needs and employees’ motivation.

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree, major at mechanical design, electrical design, high voltage insulation and related.

Experience

Good English level is a must, oral and listening, reading and written.

Good communication skill.

0-3 years’ related experience.

Good logical thinking.
