Recruitment Dept. Intern (Randstad Internal Hiring)人事招聘助理实习生


Job Description:
1. You will be assigned to Consultant in case delivery, talent acquisition and talent mapping;
协助专业顾问完成业务订单，候选人招聘等业务流程；
2. It means you will have opportunity to get exposure in all related fields of Recruitment or Headhunting, such as F2F interview, cold calling, project management and so on;

有机会了解招聘流程中的各项工作，包括F2F面试，电话面试，cold call及项目管理；
3. You will assist Consultant in Talent Database maintenance or other administration job.

以及部分候选人资料库的维护及其他工作。


Requirements:
1. 2014 graduates with no major limits;

2014届毕业生，无专业要求；
2. Be passionate for HR or HR Services industry;

对人力资源及人力资源服务行业有相当的热情及个人意愿；
3. At least 3 days attendance per week, 3 months internship minimum.

暑期全勤，开学后可每周3天出勤者优先考虑。
