The following 5 positions are opening for regulars and interns permanently, regular we focus on 2015 mater graduation and before; intern we focus on 2016 mater graduation. 
以下5个职位长期对外招聘正式员工和实习生，正式员工需2015年或以前的硕士毕业，实习生需2016届硕士毕业。 

Basic Requirement 基本需求： 
1. Master degree. Major on Computer Science, EE or Communication is preferred. 
计算机.电子.通信专业硕士毕业优先 
2. Fluent communication and written skills in both English and Chinese

Position 1: Software Development Engineers - DSP 
职位1：软件开发工程师-数字信号处理 
Specific Knowledge/Skills : 基本知识/技能 
1) Familiar with digital audio processing, software defined radio technology, or industry standards on wireless communication system. 熟悉数字音频处理、软件无线电技术或无线通信系统的软件标准 
2) Experiences of DSP application development on TI, Freescale, or ADI DSP chips and TI C55 and C64/67 is a plus.有DSP应用开发TI, Freescale或者ADI DSP芯片以及TI C55和C64/67的工作经验者优先 
3) Strong programming skills in C and C++, and programming skills in assembly language are preferable.较强的C/C++编程能力，有汇编语言的编程技巧优先 

JD 2: Software Development Engineers - Embedded SW 
职位2：软件开发工程师 - 嵌入式开发 
Specific Knowledge/Skills : 基本知识/技能 
1) Strong programming skills in C and C++, Understanding of Object Oriented programming and embedded development practices较强的C/C++编程技巧，理解面向对象的编程和有嵌入式开发的实践经验 
2) Knowledge with embedded RTOS . Working experience on OSE, Nucleus, or VxWorks is a plus. 嵌入式实时操作系统知识；在OSE、Nucleus或VxWorks工作经验者优先 
3) Experience with the development of telecommunication products is a plus有电信产品的工作经验者优先 
4) Experienced in TCP/IP, especial for router, switch and multicast is a plus有TCP/IP,尤其是路由器，交换机和多播经验者优先 

JD 3: Software Testing Engineer -Embedded Test 
职位3：软件测试工程师-嵌入式测试 
Specific Knowledge/Skills： 基本知识/技能 
1) Solid programming skills in C/C++ 扎实的C/C++编程技能 
2) Experience in software application testing is preferred有软件开发测试经验者优先 
3) Knowledge with Solaris, Linux and Windows is expected. 有Solaris, Linux和windows相关知识 
4) Having one of following experience will be a plus: 有以下经验之一将优先考虑 
      - Strong experience in telecom systems and protocols较强的电信系统和协议方面经验 
      - Experience on script language like Perl/Tcl/Tk is preferred有Perl/Tcl/Tk脚本语言的经验 
      - Experience on Clear Case is recommended有版本控制软件经验 

JD 4: Software Development Engineers - Windows Application 
职位4：软件开发工程师 - Windows开发 
Specific Knowledge/Skills : 基本知识/技能 
1）Strong Knowledge on .net platform & OO methodology 扎实的.net平台和OO知识 
2）Experience in C#/C++/XML programming 有C#/C++/XML编程经验 
3）Having one of following experience will be a plus:有以下经验之一将优先考虑 
- UML with Rational Rose RT. 具备用IBM rational rose RT工具进行UML建模能力 
- Experience in TCP/IP network programming.有TCP/IP网络编程经验 
- Experience in multi-sites development project.有多站点开发项目经验 

JD 5: Software Development Engineer- Windows Application Test Development 
职位5：软件开发工程师 - Windows应用测试开发 
Specific Knowledge/Skills : 基本知识/技能 
1) Good Knowledge of C++/C# programming on MFC, .net, XML tech 
扎实的C++/C#编程知识和MFC,.Net,XML技术 
2) Good Knowledge of database, data structure, design pattern.良好的数据库，数据结构，设计模式知识 
3) Knowledge of automation test method, test tool is preferred. 有自动化测试和测试工具方面经验者优先 
4) Broad knowledge of Windows Application and OO programming concept; 广泛的windows应用程序知识和了解面向对象编程概念 
5) Full working knowledge of software development lifecycle and test roles充分的软件开发周期和测试工作知识
