ZAIS Group currently oversees approximately USD8bn of assets, focusing on alternative credit investments (CDS, CDOs, ABS, Mortgages etc). The Shanghai Office was created in 2007 and currently employs over 40 people. Instead of opening an outsourcing office, ZAIS Group has decided to incorporate the Shanghai office entirely in its global platform and is currently looking for talented graduate students interested in a career in international financial markets. | ||||

| 职位描述 | Key responsibilities for Credit Analysts include but not limited to the following, depending on the covered areas: -Gathering financial reports, extracting the information from the reports and processing/maintaining the data into analytical platforms. -Analyzing company financial statements in detail including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow. -Performing market research and developing financial models related to valuation, debt capacity, and other financial analysis. -Assisting in transaction analysis including loan pool analysis, modeling and analysis of bond structure, and review of legal structure and documentation. -Utilizing data and analytics to develop relative value and fundamental investment recommendations in Whole Loans, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Credit Derivatives, Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), and other structured products. -Preparing credit write-ups and presenting proposed transactions to portfolio management team. -Assisting in portfolio reviews with focus on trends in credit exposure, ratings, counterparties, countries, etc. | ||||||
