Position：Program Management Engineer

Location：Shanghai

Job Description:

The candidate will be as a member of WLS Program Management-PMO team. Responsible for supporting team leader to manage all activities on promoting WLS program management effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

1. Support daily project management work incl. review project progress, data updating, tracking &maintenance for key project status/issue solving progress. keep info. aligned well with high efficiency and quality.

2. Cooperate with functional group in WLSPM team to manage the resource allocation.

3. Organize reporting and communication well.

Qualifications:

Educational background:

- undergraduate with major in Business Management or English.

Specific skills, knowledge and competencies:

- Excellent computer skill in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word) professionally.

- Have strong data perception and be good at data analysis.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English.

- Must be able to manage activities with critical deadlines.

- Being positive. Good team-work spirit.
