    阿蓓纳（ABENA）主要研发、生产及销售个人护理产品，包括婴儿纸尿裤，成人纸尿裤，看护垫，卫生巾以及其他健康护理消费品。公司大部分产品通过了特殊产品标准和商业规范的认可。主要品牌有ABENA和BAMBO Nature。其中BAMBO Nature是全球第一个贴上北欧白天鹅生态标签的婴儿纸尿裤。

工作职责：
    1、在线客服及导购，通过在线聊天工具（旺旺、QQ等）与客户沟通，能独立完成网上购物售前、售中、售后工作；
    2、处理淘宝网店日常事务，包括网络留言回复、订单管理、评价管理；
    3、接听400热线，按公司流程为客户提供咨询服务，处理投诉，回访等；
    4、定期维护客户关系，促进互动与销售；
   
    任职要求：
    1、大专以上学历，了解淘宝相关规则，有淘宝/拍拍等网店客服1年以上工作经验优先；
    2、中文打字速度每分钟40个字以上；
    3、口齿清晰，普通话标准，有亲和力；
    4、条理清晰，思维敏捷，可同时应对多位客户咨询，沟通、协调能力强者优先；
    5、工作认真踏实，待人热情、礼貌，有良好的服务意识（有服务业经验者可优先考虑）；有保健品，母婴类产品销售的相关工作经验优先考虑；
    6、可以接受轮班（早中班，无夜班）。
    休息制度：做五休二，但需晚上在家挂客服。节假日按照国家规定时间。

    Responsibilities：
    1、Online customer service and shopping guide by online chat tool (Wang Wang, QQ, etc.). Communicate with customers and be able to complete the service of online shopping；
    2、Handling daily affairs of Tmall, including online message reply, order management and evaluation management；
    3、Answering customer calls and providing consulting service according to company's process, dealing with complaints and customer satisfaction survey;
    4、Regular maintenance of customer relations, promoting interaction and sales.
   
    Requirements：
    1、College above,Familiar with taobao related rules. More than 1 year’s working experience in taobao or paipai is perferred;
    2、Chinese typing speed of 40 words per minute or more, have good communication skills and team spirit；
    3、Articulate, standard Mandarin, affinity;
    4、Quick thinking and strong coordination skills, the abilities of dealing with a number of customer’s consultation and communication is preferred；
    5、Work seriously, warm and polite. A good sense of service. With sales experience in health care products, baby products is preferred;
    6、Can adapt shift(morning and evening shifts, no night shift)
    Five-day working but need on wangwang at home at night. Vacation in accordance with state regulations。
